Services Not Provided by Trails Edge
A minimum of twice per year (Spring & Fall) maintenance visits are scheduled with each client. Routine maintenance visits include a general inside and outside building inspection, air exchange system servicing, dryer lint cleaning, window and screen inspections, ceiling fan cleaning, light bulb replacements where needed. Service items that are unable to be completed on a scheduled date will be scheduled for a later date. Management schedules and prioritizes maintenance requests on a case by case basis.

Trails Edge provides a variety of services including:
Relax and contact Trails Edge Management if something goes wrong at your property. Management is responsible for any problems that occur outside of normal wear and tear. We repair or replace appliances, toilets, faucets, smoke detectors, garage door systems, and other standard items that are provided with your Townhome Lease Agreement as needed.

* Window and Screen Washing
* Carpet Shampooing
* Window Treatment Cleaning
* Additional Safety Features or Medical Equipment
Although Trails Edge offers one-floor living with an attached garage, Trails Edge is not built as or intended to be ADA compliant. Safety risks are inherent to any independent living setting.
Standard grab bars are installed for bathtubs and showers only.
Additional permanant grab bar installation is not approved.

Grounds Maintenance
Trails Edge provides private street and driveway snow-plowing, lawn mowing and fertilization services. Outside services will vary depending on weather and conditions.
